Policy
All of our products are sold
subject to the original manufacturers warranty, subject to the
restrictions imposed by the manufacturers to all retailers.
Refunds
If for any reason you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it
within 7 days of receipt date with the proof of purchase for
a full-refund. The following terms apply:
- All returns require obtaining
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable,
except in the event that Xpresstechnology.net should ship you
the wrong items.
- Refunds will only be made
in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 days of our
receipt of the return.
- A 15% return fee may apply
in the case of an wrong ordered item by the client.
- A 15% restocking fee will
be added to cancellations that have been shipped.
- Original OEM cartridges
are non-refundable once the inside packaging is opened.

We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your
shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible
for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability
is limited to refund of purchase price of merchandise.
Exchanges
If at any time within 21
days of the sales receipt date you are dissatisfied with your
purchase, we will exchange the product. The following terms
apply:

If you received incorrect
