All merchandise returned to XpressTech, LLC must be authorized by us in advance of it being sent back to us. Any unauthorized return will be refused and returned to sender.The return must also be received prior to the expiration of the Return Merchandise Authorization.

For a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please refer to website your product was purchased and the packing slip sent with the product.

All authorized merchandise returns must be properly packaged just like it was when it was sent to you.Products must be in the original packaging and placed in bubble envelopes or shipping boxes for transit and should be sent by a method where the return can be tracked. A copy of your RMA must be included in your return and a copy of your packing slip will speed the acceptance of an otherwise acceptable return.

We are not responsible for unauthorized returns, returns sent to any other address or returns received damaged due to return shipping negligence. Incomplete returns will be refused.
